When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect details. All payments are process securely through trusted third-party providers, including Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may contact use within seven (7) days of delivery. We will review the situation, and at our sole discretion dependent on the circumstances, offer to fully replace your order. Cleat Freaks does not issue cash or card refunds for any reason.
Our products are designed for decorative purposes and are intended to be used on cleats and other sporting equipment. Performance of the product may vary depending on application, wear conditions, and surface material. We are not responsible for any damage resulting for the use or misuse of our products.
If you choose to participate in our "Freak of the Week" feature by submitting a photo or video, along with a story. You confirm that you own the rights to the content and grant Cleat Freaks permission to publish it on our website, social media accounts, or promotional materials. We will never use your content without your clear permission, and we will only share the information that you choose to provide. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Cleat Freaks is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike, Inc. Any Nike-branded cleats shown in the promotional images are used strictly for illustrative purposes to demonstrate how our removable wraps/decals will look applied to the user's cleat/gear. Our products are independently designed and sold, and do not modify, alter, or permanently affect the cleats original branding. In some cases, the original Nike logo may remain visible through the wrap/decal due to the shape or material of the cleat. This visibility is incidental and does not imply any association with Nike, Inc. All trademarks, including the Nike "Swoosh" logo are the property of their respective owners.
